Learn about the global, traditional practice of vaginal steaming, a gentle and non-invasive healing practice that brings together the magic of herbs and warm steam for womb wellness and connection. Learn about the historical and present day cultural implications, the benefits, contraindications, and highlight a selection of herbs utilized for a variety of pelvic steaming applications.

Julia Demillones Moore is creatress of Moon Beam Steams and a Pelvic Steam Practitioner +educator, teaching women how to steam safely at home to support their reproductive/menstrual health and overall well-being. She is a mama of 2 and passionate about sharing education about this practice. Pelvic steaming is non-invasive, gentle, and an effective way to support your body and connect to the natural cycles within and around you. She offers supplies, guidance and support for pelvic steaming and cycle awareness education.

All workshops are held at our farm at 119 Old Sunderland Rd, Montague, MA. Workshops are rain or shine and are outdoors on grass with some uneven terrain. We have a covered location if it is pouring rain. If it is very bad weather we may cancel or postpone. When you sign up provide an email address for us to contact you in case of a last minute cancellation or delay.  There is an rustic composting toilet available.

Please register in advance for classes and email us with any questions. Workshop materials are included in the class fee. We believe that education should be accessible, while also compensating our teachers fairly. Please be in touch by email if you need a sliding pay scale. 

Refund Policy

  • If we cancel the workshop for any reason all registration fees are fully refunded
  • If a registrant withdraws from a workshop with more than 4 days notice (96 hours) a refund will be issued minus a $5 administrative fee
  • If a registrant withdraws from a workshop with less than 4 days notice (96 hours) or doesn’t show up for a workshop, no refund or exchanges will be given

We recognize Black, Indigenous and People of Color have been historically and contemporarily economically harmed, exploited and marginalized.
