Sacred Smoke: Botanical Blends for Work-life Stress Together we will explore the spiritual and medicinal aspects of smokable herbs, including seeds, flowers, roots and barks. We will learn about how this form of plant medicine can aid us in stress management. Each participant will be able to reflect on a personal work-life stressor, formulate their own understanding of a smoking practice(s) and create a smoke blend of their choosing.
