Somatic Herbalism

October 1 @ 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Are you looking to develop a deeper relationship to yourself, your body and the earth?  Are you moving quickly through your day and seeking an opportunity to slow down and connect with your surroundings?

This workshop weaves together earth based healing with body centered practices. In this workshop we will use the body as an instrument to know more about ourselves, each other and the plants.  This workshop is interactive; participants can expect to spend time getting to know individual plants through embodied exercises, as well as having small and big group check-ins.   We will be meeting at our new farm location in Montague.

This workshops also serves as an intro to a longer Somatic series that will be starting later in the fall.
