This experiential workshop taught by Hannah Jacobson-Hardy will explore the sacred herbs that protect, guide, and empower the feminine energies within all of us. Taking a “yin” approach by slowing down and listening to the wisdom of the plants, we can clear away blockages that keep us from accessing our innate intuition. We will sit with each plant for several minutes and attune to their gifts before learning the ancient and modern uses of their medicines. This class is intended to be restorative and nourishing to the nervous system. Please bring a notebook and an offering for the herbs if you feel inspired. Open to everyone.
